    That's not a problem Ellie, just use your clear pens to make them paler. Put some on a washable surface a messy mat or such and brush some of your dark colour and then put some of your clear as well separately and blend the two to get the softer colour you want. They are versatile in that way. You've got a lot more colours than you think. Don't forget when you put the clear sparkle over any other paler colours say Promarkers or whatever you use, you have all that colour range too.

    Beautiful card Denise, what pretty background paper. That is a sweet butterfly too.

    Gosh, you lot have all been busy this month! Great to see so many lovely cards.

    This was my take on the February challenge, I had a good excuse to try out my new Sizzix faceted heart die:
