Welcome to 2019, let’s make UKS a busy place this year and let’s have fun doing it. There are lots of challenges to keep us busy and now we have longer to upload them there should be no excuse

Ooh well done Fran, good start to the year
We’re starting our weekly crafting, chatting and cake night again tonight so I hope to finish some started layouts. I expect there’ll be a lot of chatting though as we haven’t seen each other for a few weeks. And we might have something healthier than cake after two weeks of bad eating !

That wa sa lovely photo Mary I liked your album size but always limitations but think together it will be lovely my Chrsitmas traditions sadly is still 3 pages
Donkey has had hoof problems again same donkey same hoof and with it holiday the farrier away but he back and coming tomorrow though I dosed him with metacam and he improved so that good
I never usually take decs down till 12th night I am old fashioned but this year slowly starting to pack away a few as it feels to be over now for another year

so sorry to hear one the the donkeys has a bad hoof hope the farrier will be able to sort it. I normally keep my decs up till 12th night but the cub is getting into so much bother with the baubles I decided to let him help me put them in a bag today. Problem is his other nana has a box that he can play with, so not his fault he likes taking mine off and throwing them.

Mary what a beautiful photo, I love the skys this time of year.

Car all fixed £350 labour for a part that was £15 Im in the wrong job.

It was quiet here yesterday
I dont think the tree will survive till 12th night Fran with bear cub
Its all pay out at NY we have to get an EPC for the UK cottage now tenant moving out we an F on the scale so will need some work to make it to at least an E so dreading how much it all will be There seems to be a lot of changes at the estate agents that manage the cottage the lady I emailed for years is no longer there and the staff turn over of late I never know who to email think I will ring I did say please reply but no one has so far
Nice day yesterday it was like Christmas again when 3 presents arrived that where delayed in the post

I’m up early today too. A funeral for me this morning..my Godfather. Not sure how I’ll get through it because of the very recent memories of Mums. I am dreading it so I couldn’t sleep.
I took the second tree and all the hall decs down yesterday but the main tree I will leave up until 12th night. It looks so bare now in the hall.
Hope the farrier sorts the donkey out Denise.
Re the EpC..if the light bulbs are changed to low energy ones, that can make quite a difference along with some extra insulation in the loft. Has the agent got a general email address rather than an individuals? If you don’t get a reply it’s time to switch agent I think. There are plenty of agents all vying for the business. Check out the ratings and reviews online and choose another! There is no excuse for bad customer service.
