Marta Stewart Frame Border punch instructions

I have bought 2 of these many years age. I got them out to play with and I have mislaid the instructions. I thought I could just get them from Martha Stewart...but that is not available as an option. I have looked everywhere for one - there is a you tube video that shows the instructions but they are blurred when the video is paused

So my request is ...has anyone got these instructions and would you be prepared to scan them for me and email them to me? I can pay for the process if needed. They look like this: ( see attachment)
