    Good morning Snappers
Shame I won’t be able to see it. I’ll have to find what station it’s on and see if I can get it in catch up once I’m home

Well hubby and I have just watched and you couldn't be more wrong Sheila, you were brilliant. We both thought how amazingly brave you were, although I might have to send a hit man to sort you out as hubby is now looking at my craft room with new eyes. Actually, so am I, you've done me a favour as it makes you realise how easily we fall into the trap of thinking we simply have to have a new craft item, so thanks for that.

The biggest change to my crafting was coming on UKS. Before that I didn't know where to buy craft items from and then I saw people buying all these monthly kits, which, I'm glad to say I never got into. I tried once and found I was buying things I wouldn't use, the same went for buying kits from TV.

I often look at our finances to see how we can save and chop and change suppliers and banks, like the wind, but eventually you seem to run out of places to change to, especially banks. Here's an interesting thing, First Direct do a drip feed savings account if you are with them and you can put £300 per month in (only for 12 months) at 5% interest. At the end of that I'll switch again. You are supposed to pay in £1000 per month but if you open a basic savings account and just pay £1 a year into it they waive the fee. The 5% account is a reward account. I switched both our bank accounts for the £125 free cash they were giving at the time. I think they have stopped the cash and have a different type of deal now.

I have to say, that was a staggering amount of craft, I was so envious, but could see how selling it made sense. I thought the idea of going to the Am-Dram group was brilliant and didn't you do well just sorting out the costume. Oh sorry ladies Spoiler Alert!

It was excellent and you were excellent and you are being ridiculously hard on yourself. I could not have done what you did, that takes some guts. Well done.

    Great Avatar Mary.

I took some photo's yesterday, not great, I might try again shortly but I'll post one or two.

My mallow is two colours, it has a white bud but when it opens it is pink and white. Took a photo of one of my front tubs, the cosmos in the centre died but I replaced it and so far so good, ignore the blue behind, that's another pot. Even the white lobelia has some blue bits in it this year, they must have got their seeds mixed up so that can be two-toned. Then I took one of the front as best I could.

Okay, so I lost the front garden one but found my everlasting sweetpea photo and that is all white flowers.

I have one I took the other day of two, just outside the prompts but I'll show it anyway. After we went to the hospital we went to central library and this we took with the timer on the roof terrace.

Front garden and now I'm sorry I took this as I've realised it needs Karchering again and a bit of a weeding and also could do with the sand and cement re-doing. I'll get hubby to do it, if that girl on your programme Sheila can do building work, he can get on with that. Actually, as I'm typing this I can hear him brushing the front. Lots of white in this one.

What absolute rubbish Sheila. Youíre a healthy 'normal' woman and we come in all shapes and sizes. I know we all strive to be the perfect shape and to achieve our idea of beauty but it really is in the eye of the beholder and you should remember that. Youíve been through soooo much and Iím so impressed with your bravery. Iím not sure I could ever have done what you did.
Itís well worth a watch everyone, she is really brave!
Did you join the am dram group? I hope youíre still sticking to your budget and managing some saving, even if you never get back to a bricks and mortar house you seem to have made some good friends where you are and you still have your other friends who are such a support to you. It was nice to see Mabel too..especially knowing how poorly sheís been.
Your craft room is as full as mine and I know I make way too many impulse crafty buys too so maybe youíve taught us all something!
Iíll catch up with the rest of you later.

Well said Elaine, I know it is rare for people to be happy with their own looks, except for narcissists that is but I just thought you looked great and came across as such a lovely person. Be proud of what you've done and who you are. Had to laugh when the guy said that your room was normal, even the lack of floor space. I sat there with a smug look on my face - and now I will struggle to get out of my room without tripping over something.

Off out now, hopefully for a trip across the Mersey just for your Mary, to get some shots of water.

We crossed Ellie, fab photo's. We were having a lovely time and it always makes me laugh rushing back to sit down before the timer finishes its count down.
