Ah, I’m not going mad then. Except I’m sure I replied again later on yesterday !

It’s a lovely card, and I too like those papers, lovely colours, I love variations on teal/aqua.
Is the circular happy birthday a stamp ?

Beautiful Ellie, I love the way you've picked out the blue in the background and sentiment.

Love that cards Ellie. Really like the background. Nat did well this month! I am using my embossing folders more than I’ve ever done!
Yes, Alison, it is a stamp. An old Stamping Up one. Then I used my stitched Circle dies to cut it out. It looks like a weird tall card but it’s 6” square! Go figure!
Anyway..here is another I made today as a thank you to a party invite we have received that is in July. It’s an A6 card and I used an old MME paper pad, a Polka Dot pieces Stamping Up set for the flower and the bird and my trusty stitched dies again..and, of course, my embossing folder for texture.

The paper for the two earlier cards is a Prima one called Bella Teal and the SU stamp set was a hostess one called Happiest Birthday Wishes. You might be able to find it on a used selling site?

Such a pretty card Elaine and I love the little bird. The stitched circle dies add a great touch to any card I think, that extra bit of interest.

I have the latest card. This was a commission - my friend Linda asked me to make a card for Dean for their wedding on Saturday

    I hope they like it

I've just finished an anniversary card and I was pleased with it until I saw the photo, the wording has come out what looks like blue to me, despite it being grey, very odd. Hubby loves this and suggested I make a few for up and coming anniversaries which I think I will but will have to get the colouring sorted first. It might be better to go with a very pale grey or black but I loved doing the heat embossing it was scary trying to position the stamp each time because I couldn't really see where the image was going being clear, but it's turned out fine. See what you think you can be honest. It's blue to my eyes. Of course it was their Sapphire Anniversary last year, I could pretend I'm continuing on with the theme of blue. It looks more grey on the card so it will have to do.
