That is a really lovely photo Elaine. I’m rubbish at taking a selfie as well.
Usually get a finger or thumb in there somewhere

I don’t know what I’ve done to my foot. Was going upstairs and felt a sharp pain
Up the back of the ankle and down the side of the foot. I can’t put any
weight on it . So I’m sat on the sofa with a strap on my elevated foot.
It just feels very hot, and no pain unless I put weigh5 on it.
Will see what it’s like later.

    I’ve had a look Mary, and I don’t think it’s that.
It’s more like a pulled muscle, or a tendon type thing.
I’m hoping resting will do the trick, but thanks for asking.

That’s good that your leg is feeling better Denise. You will just
have to be careful for a while.
Well the resting of the foot seems to be working. I can now put my weight on the
heel, and get around like that.
    Hoping it’s ok tomorrow.

I wonder where Susie is today?

Hi Ellie, I'm here finally, I've been taking down decs and packing them away and why does it take so long to do that! I've finished off a few more of the blue card and been sorting out paperwork, no end to the stuff.

I'm glad to hear that the rest has helped your foot, don't go using it too much too soon, just in case it flares up again. Strange how we can suddenly injure a part of us without actually knowing how we've done it.

Arnica is very good Denise isn't it. I swear by magnesium oil and had to put some on my back after all the bending putting the decs in their boxes. Tonight I'll rub it into my calves because I've been up and down the stairs a lot and will either end up with aching legs or cramp - or both!

I took my 'new' photo but I don't think it will be very good as it was in a poor position, we shall see. I am off to a really slow start this year.

Great photo Elaine. Iíve been racking my brain trying to think
what photo to take for the year bit. Not doing so well yet!

Denise hope thatís the last of your mishaps. They say things come in threes !

My foot is still the same. It hurt this morning when I first walked on it,
but is getting easier the more I use it. Can still only walk on the heel though!

Wish I'd thought to take that photo Elaine, that is a good one.

Definitely a great one for year Mary and such a wonderful LO too! I also love the green shoots, it is so wonderful to see them coming through, hidden away usually under leaves, I must take a look in our garden and see what is going on.

I'll post my photo it is new and happy for me as the sight of flowers now and the smell makes me so happy. Bit of a funny angle but never mind. This was a Christmas present from our friends at the rescue. I do love hyacinths.

Missed you there Ellie but what lovely photo's, I'll have to get some hellebores, I didn't know they flowered so early, wonderful colour.

I am concerned about your foot, I hope you are going to get it checked out especially because the fact that you can only walk on your heel means you could be doing all sorts of other damage throwing your body out like that. Tell me you are going to get it seen to please.x

Meant to say... Elaine, I am so glad to hear that you are on the mend at last. It is probably all the stress you are going through with family, it does take its toll. Stay well!
