Stunning black and white flower pics, and Mary, how convenient to have a black and White cat and bathroom, great shot !
Didn’t get chance to get my camera out yesterday, might manage something today. We don’t often go to a city so that will have to wait till another day, don’t think Newark counts ! I can definitely get some when we go away at the end of the month to the city of Denver

    Newark does count Alison.
The prompt says Town or City
    But Denver would be better

I only wish we'd had this prompt a week ago. We had workmen and women rebuilding an old sandstone wall. They had to remove it because the roots of a tree were pushing it over, mind you, I did get a photo of the roots, they were huge so may cheat a little and post it. But it would certainly have been outside workers and street scene all rolled into one. I could even have made it black and white too!

Hopefully, I'll get some photo's today though.

Yes I thought that Susie. When you see the old newsreels, with the
commentators saying things like " it's grim up north " , but still
    talking with a plummy accent
I took it today , it's Cottam power station

So, we all know kiddies say the cutest things. As most of you are nannies you will appreciate this.

My sister was sitting with her GD Grace and she said to her nanny "I love you nanny" and of course my sister replied 'Oh and I love you Grace". Shortly after, as they were cuddled up on the sofa Grace said again "I love you nanny" and of course nanny replied "Well I love you too Grace". This went on for a while until Grace asked her "What does I love you mean nanny?" My sister certainly wasn't expecting that and then had to try to explain what it means.

Okay, so this is not the best photo I've ever taken but it was dusk and we were heading onto the motorway yesterday and I spotted black and white roads signs, so that has to count for something.

    Good morning Snappers
I love the power station photo very iconic of the 50s
    Great road/sky photo
What answer did your sister give?
I have a b&w photo for today when I drew back the curtains this morning it was very mist and so I grabbed my camera and went out to the lane

Think I may well make a black and white layout with this and frame it that’s if it prints well

Lovely picture Mary..great power station photo too Ellie.. it must be 'grim up north' ( I assume by 'plummy' you mean Southern! lol )
I have a misty view from my window today too but as I have Miss A here having her breakfast I can't get out there to photograph it yet.
Kids say the funniest things don't they? Last week DH said my dinner was delicious and Amber said 'No it's not!' .. out of the mouth of babes! (She was right!) DH was only saying it was delicious to try to encourage her to eat it! lol
