    Samsung 7 photos

I'm looking for a new phone and was thinking about buying the Samsung7 which according to reviews has a very good camera. Has anyone got this phone and if so what is their opinion of the camera? As a scrapper I take photos but once loaded on PC I often zoom in and print just part of the overall photo so I would like a clear image and not too grainy.

I have the iPhone 7 and the quality of the photos is excellent I very seldom use the whole photo and I find I can zoom in with no loss of detail, but there is loss if I use the zoom on the camera the photos seem a little flat then

Thank you for your advice. I'm hoping to go off somewhere this weekend and have a good look at the phone. I know its about the phone and not the camera, but it would so useful at times to be able to use the phone instead of taking my camera with me. At present I have a passed down phone and the quality of the photos isn't too good.

I also use an iPhone 7 and I'm convinced that the quality of his photo is much better.

I use Samsung 7 and I like it. Before I've been using IPhone6s for 2 years. Almost the same - photos are amazing. If I need photo editing and retouching I use online services

I had to give up my Samsung 5 and downgrade to a Samsung JS. This did not come with the same bundled app for the camera and I couldn't find it to download as it has now been changed for something else. I downloaded at least 6 different camera apps before finding one I liked. What I discovered is whilst the quality of the camera does have a bearing so does the app that you use to take the photos with. Some produce much better quality photos than others.
