    Thank You on iNSD

Now that the last challenge has been safely uploaded and I can breathe again I would like to post some thank yous.

Thank you first of all to MaryAnne. Without MaryAnne there simply isn't a UKS, a place where we can all come and play and chat and share. A place where, over the years, we have all made friends and have been inspired.
A forum the size of UKS doesn't just happen - it takes work and at times heartache and it is all too easy to forget the person behind it. So thank you MaryAnne for UKS.

Thank you also for setting up the special forums, the gallery etc and for the great class and challenge.

Thank you to the sponsors who give so many things to all of us on UKS and who have given prizes, again, for the cyber crop. And also to the individuals who have also offered prizes.

Thank you to the people who have taken the time to set challenges and devise classes for everyone to enjoy. Again they have given their time so freely so that everyone can have fun.

Thank you especially to Sue (MiniOwner) who has worked so hard alongside me to make this a success, not only doing her own class and challenge, but also finding people to do the otherclasses and challenges and ensuring they all had their homework in on time. Sue does so much to keep UKS fresh and active and it isn't always noticed ... so thank you.

Finally thank you for playing along today and int he week to come. There would be nothing worse than sitting here like Billy No-Mates all alone on such a day.

I hope you have had fun and I hope you have enjoyed what you have scrapped - or will scrap. You have a whole week left to play.

It's been fun ... maybe we will have another one later in the year! Watch this space.

Yes, thank you all ladies. We do need another later in the year too please.
It's not been as manic as these in the past but it has been super, and I think the LO's produced will be better for having a slightly more leisurely time frame for completion.
It's been a super escape for me, and hopefully it's not over yet.

Many thanks ladies, I've scrapped more today than I have in the whole of the last year and will do more during the week.

This has been brilliant. The pace of a challenge each hour plus a few days to complete is perfect as it allows more people to join in. I've loved doing it in real time but I had that rare thing - a free day and nobody home!

Many thanks to all behind the scenes who organised everything. My hope was to have most of my 2015 holiday completed and I'm definitely on the home straight thanks to today.

Thanks indeed to both Karen and Sue, who have worked so hard to organise the day. Thanks to the sponsors who offered prizes, and thanks to all who participated. It all helped make for a fun and creative day.

Thank you Maryanne, Karen and Sue and all you Ladies who set such great classes and challenges, and everyone that joined in. I am a slow crafter but now have 4 LO finished and a few page kits sat ready to start again today as I fell asleep early yesterday. {after tea} Another one later in the year would be great.

Well now that the deadline has passed I would like to say thank you once more for all the work that went into that week of mini CC, not very mini actually as there are still 3 classes I didn't manage, but I have the CD cover earmarked for DS1's wedding and I might do the mini book for DIL to be. I do intend to do the Now that's what I call class, but my PC is not very friendly and the thought of trying to work with fonts with the lack of facilities I have was daunting. Now that there is no deadline I can get it done in the PC's own time.

I've had a super week, and a day, thank you, here's to the next one. I do hope I'm free for it.
