Quick scrapping advice needed!

Hi all, since having kids 3 years ago I don't find I get any time to scrap.
I really miss it and am looking for a really quick way to make decent pages.
Don't really like the idea of digital scrapping although I could try.

I remember adverts in scrapping magazines for a system that had pages with pre cut pockets for you to slot in pics/ journaling etc. Does anyone know what it is called???

Also is there a decent scrapping app I can use on my phone? That would be perfect. I found one but it doesn't seem great.

Project Life by Becky Higgins uses pocket pages where the pockets are various sizes from 2x2, 3x4 to 6x4 etc that you just slot your photos in and pre designed card for embellishment/journaling on. There is a forum on UKS for Project Life called Pocket Scrapbooking but I don't know if it's actually much quicker (could just be me though )
Other companies are now doing similar style pages and cards too. Check out some of the sponsors or ask in shop til you drop

I think it's Project Life you are thinking off - you can buy the plastic sleeves for binders which have different sized pockets for you to put scrapped small pages into - it would be ideal with little time................

If you have an Apple phone or iPad you can use the Project Life app to make pages very easily. It's coming to android soon if that's any help. I have done PL digitally on the computer as well and found it very easy.
