Distress paint and stencils/masks
Yes I'm still batting on about these!!
Will have to wait till Christmas to try these for myself as sis in law has got me some but just wondering...
Do they 'dab' well through stencils or do they seep through as have read they are quite fluid...

I dab some paint onto a craft sheet and then use cut and dry foam to dab it through stencils.

You wait for a silence, I wait for a word
They are very fluid, you'd need to use something like cut and dry foam as Leah suggests. I use a Ranger ink blending tool, similar idea.

I've always used sponges or stencil brushes no matter what paint I've used with stencils.

And You are really dry brushing, or dry sponging. You need to dab the excess paint off onto scrap paper to ensure you don't have too much paint which will seep under the stencil
