    Advent calendars?

Why is it that every year I see a new sort of advent calendar that I crave? I say one that looks like a gingerbread house in the Sunday Times (but £30!) and it was all I could do to put the brakes on and not set off in a mad dash to figure out how to make one

I have two already, both huge, one very bright and colourful and glittery (can I find a photo? No) and one that is more vintage. That one I DO have a shot of!

Do I REALLY need another one.....???

I know what you mean. I think it's all the little doors/pockets, and the promise of chocolate. Having made one this year, I think I'm hooked. Will have to make another, different, one next year. So even more chocolate to eat every day...

not one with chocolates but I'm in an inchie group in Holland.

This is my Inchie Christmas Advent Calendar I sent to my friend in Holland - it arrived today, JUST in time to start December - phew.

IRL it is very blingy, very shiny, gorgeous.
