The surrounds that hold 16 little RUB boxes should certainly work for PL - I have two stuck together with all my ink pads in them (the sections hold a stack of 4 Distress Ink pads to give you an idea of the size) and they are not so deep the the tops of the cards would be totally INSIDE them. They were dirt cheap (surely under £5) when I got them. No lid but you could maybe attach one. Actually I wonder if one of the other RUB box lids might work? Or if they might fint inside another one somehow? They are just under 15 x 12 inches FYI

If you have or know anyone with a Silhouette, they do some lovely cut files for PL storage cards... i havent gotten around to making one yet, but i intend to! lol

One day I'll be living the dream...
I've just dug out - or re-purposed (making me realise I soooo need a HUGE clear out of my stash) a rub box. I have some inserts from a PL kit I get and managed to get 4 in the bottom of it to hold cards.
Problem is now I know I have too many cards and it doesn't have all of them in. Think I might have to have a clear out of my seafoam cards as well, although DS said he'd like to do a little album so I will probably pass a bunch on to him.

I bought some Martha Stewart organisation boxes from Staples - and they were in the sale .. still may be ? They're a lovely turquoise colour and they stack so you can configure your own system.
Here's some pics on my blog

Looks great. I have seen them in the staples website, but I need to be able to put my stuff away and stack more on top.
Fussy I know.

Just found on pinterest a picture of someones project life storage, in an ikea cutlery tray (forhoja), the cards were stood up in sections.
Sorry can't post pics yet

The rationell cutlery tray looks like it could possibly work too

Setting phasers to Snarkie
Ive bought some of these sets for my daugher, and i was thinking for her she could do with being a bit more random and not overthinking/stressing so much what goes together etc that maybe some sort of dispenser like the thin minty chocolate one thats knocking around or a playing card despencer would be a good idea. just have to adjust the sizes and see if it works.
