Has anyone had problems contacting this company.
I placed an order last week. When it arrived there were a couple of issues. Not huge things, something missing, something incorrect.
I sent an email to the address on their site, no reply. So I sent a message through the contact us on their site. Still no reply.
So now I don't know what to do.
I had a similar issue last Christmas. They sent the wrong size envelopes. I never did get a reply. I just purchases the correct size from an eBay seller.
I don't want to just let this go again.
Any advice anyone?

Give them a call during shop hours, the number is on their site. Sarah and Lianne are both very helpful and I am sure they will put things right quickly.
