I always use Memento ink when stamping as it doesn't 'bleed' when using copic markers. Brilliance ink also works well, but being a pigment ink, it takes longer to dry before you can start colouring unless you blast it with your heat gun. If you do heat emboss your inked image, make sure it's with clear embossing powder otherwise it can contaminate your marker (yes, learned the hard way with black embossing powder ugh ).

For paper, I use "X-Press It Blending Card". I've found it very good for blending copic colours.

Hi Bevsie, as I'm based in Australia I get this paper locally. I did google "X-Press It Blending Card uk" and it came up with lots of online suppliers based in the UK. I believe I'm not allowed to post links to shops in this forum and you might find this site's sponsor stores may stock it too.

I use promarkers so I believe the same as copics, I use the same ink and the card I use is from Rymans it's the white smooth coated type, comes in large packs of a4 and also smaller, they often have 3 for two offers - I have never had a problem with this card and find blending really easy because of how smooth the card is

I love Neenah solar white, it doesn't bleed and blends really well, I'd tried a few including a nice one from Stampin' Up but in my opinion the Neenah is the best.

It does show the ink on the back of the card after colouring which I don't mind but might effect your choice.
