Well, I've managed to make a start uploading my LO's

My turn for a daft question. I am about to upload all my entries from my computer, is it better to upload each one to its relevant gallery, then add it's URL to the WCY gallery description or can they all be uploaded to the WCY gallery at the same time? If so where do I get the URL from then as they are only stored on my pc as I don't have a blog, etc?

I think you'll find it easier to upload each one to it's relevant gallery then upload each link to the one post in WCY

Well here we are! It's only taken me the last couple of hours to download picassa, resize my photos and then upload them here and keeping everything crossed that I've done it right, (as I have not linked images, etc before), here's my entry!!!
There are some lovely layouts already in this gallery.

its no good I can't work out how to upload

You should add the photo so people can see everything in the Gallery post, not have to click away to someplace else.

How are you adding them, that is showing a tiny image?

Are you using the IMG tag and is the image the right size wherever it's hosted?

OK, had a look - if you have all the layouts in your UKS Gallery, you need to make sure when you are copying the image url that you are not doing it on the THUMBNAIL but you are in the Gallery entry for the layout, so the layout is shown big. If you right click on it you SHOULD get a menu that will allow you to COPY IMAGE ADDRESS or something like that (probably different on a PC than I see on my Mac, but it will be similar) then add that with the IMG tag.
