Making A6 Birthday Invites

Hi all, I've been asked to make some birthday invitations .

I want to make them A6 size, landscape, to fit 4 on to an A4 sheet of card. I thought it would be quite simple to either make my own template or download one, but that doesn't seem to be the case!!

Does anyone know an easy way to do this. Any help would be much appreciated,

I make all my kids' invitations and I use publisher. It works quite well. I just use different fonts and insert images from Google. If you search on ms office online they have quite a lot of templates to download for free.
