Need help please

Hi this is my first post so please forgive me if its not in the right place,
I have just bought a silhouette and downloaded an image from the silhouette store only to find that when I opened it that it was broken down into several different pieces so that you can cut each piece of the image in different colours .
I have no idea how to separate each segment to cut in the card stock that I want, can anyone help or point me in the right direction for a link as to how its done

You should be able to click on each piece then drag it across your page to separate them. When you click on a line, for example, you can then click and hold to drag it away from the rest.
