Latest Copy of Scrap 365

I never got a follow up letter regarding adjusting my subs but when I got home last night my copy had arrived

I got my copy over the weekend, and i think its a bit of an improvement. I was going to cancel my sub, but might let it run a little longer now. But am annoyed that they sent a letter ages ago stating they would be in touch with details of the DD amount and i still didnt hear anything. Must also check to see if they have taken out anything or not. As the cover price seems to have stayed the same, i imagine its only fair that they should be charging half the amount now we get half the number of mags, but who knows!

I got a letter a while back( November I think) to say they were sending out a bimonthly magazine in future. My sub copy arrived to day.
The date on the magazine says Feb/March so what happened to the December/Jan edition?

I think December's mag was the Dec/Jan one at least it was Issue 13 and the Feb/Mar one is Issue 14!
It makes sense in a lot of ways as the mag actually appears in January even if it's called Feb/March - why do magazines do this????

Hi everyone,
We are very sorry for the delay in sending out letters - the letters have to be officially endorsed by the bank and they have taken a very long time to respond to us (no doubt in part due to the Christmas holidays). We now have confirmation and I am assured the letters are being sent out shortly and should arrive in the next fortnight (they will be staggered due to volume so don't worry if your letter doesn't come at exactly the same time as someone elses).

Even if you have not had a letter, the frequency of your payments should now be only twice per year instead of four times (as there are only 6 issues now not 12). So if we have taken a payment you won't be due to make another for 6 months.

Becky you might find it helpful to know that our magazine doesn't come in a plastic bag so you can look at all the contents to see if it's your thing before you buy it. We are stocked in most WH Smith's stores, Hobbycrafts and quite a few independent scrapbook retailers.

There wasn't a Dec/Jan magazine. Because of when we made the switch the first bi-monthly edition was February/March. So you haven't missed one.
