I've been chrged £10.70 in October and another £10.70 last week!!!!! Hmmmmm this needs an email !!

It looks like folks who are existing subscribers are paying £10.70 six monthly and possibly the new subscribers are paying the £5 quarterly?

I paid £10.70 in October which would have been the fourth quarterly payment for the first year of monthly copies and then £10.70 last week which I am assuming will cover the next six months

Hopefully the letter will make it clearer when we get it

Suzy I have just been on the phone to customer services, the number Katy gave us a few posts ago. It seems that the amounts we have been charged are not right. I have given my details and a very nice chappie is ringing me back

So after the last call to Traplet to say they had taken too much from my bank account and they agreed that I was paid up until October they have taken out yet another payment on 29th July !!!!
I have cancelled the DD
