help with bookatrix card

Never made bookatrix card before, do I just add double tape in the middle to fix pages together and then that's it of do I need to add foam tape to the pages to add volume.

Hi - I have done a few of these. I always make sure that I curl the pages a bit before starting to put them together - usually over the rolling pin ! Then use double sided tape or photoglue to hold them together in the middle. If I have used pearlized card then I find photoglue holds better than the tape - but it is really a personal choice. Then I add a few foam pads or blobs of silicone between the pages just to give a lift.
