    March Simple Recipe Worksheet

    Hi!

Your Simple Recipe worksheet for March is attached and ready to download. This month we're back to focusing on using up your supplies. As usual we have a colour palette to aid you in picking out and mixing up your supplies. There's also added ingredients to give you extra bits and pieces to look out for. I always find it helpful to start out by using the recipe to make up a kit from my supplies and then play around with those supplies to see what I can come up with. Everything is in the worksheet along with layout samples and sketches. This month I've also included a little bit of how I made the layouts. Remember you can use as much or as little from the worksheet as you like it's all designed as a starting point to kick off your creativity.

If you want a quick start here's the colour theme for this month:

This months added ingredients are to use some kind of map or map patterned paper and/or to use a minimum of three different patterned papers on one project.

Here's the kit I put together from my supplies using the recipe for this month:

Have a go at 'shopping' in your supplies to see what you can find. Don't forget to download the worksheet for the samples and sketches too.

We'll be back on the 20th March bringing you more ideas to get you using up those supplies!
    Have fun!

    March Simple Recipes

I really enjoyed using all the pp's and a map of Paris for this month's challenge. I even found some pink in my stash!

Here is my Simple recipe, used the colours sparingly, and the map is hidden on a pull out tab behind the photo. Tbhis is another page for my daughters family history books and records a sad tail about Christopher the rabbit.

Here's my LO for this month. I found the colourway a real challenge until I was working on a prompt for a class from Miss Smith I'm currently working through and got some inspiration. Thanks for the challenge.

Loved the colours and recipe - best yet, but struggled with a photo. Have 100s of ancestry ones but few bright piccies to compliment the colours. Still can't manage to post a thumbnail... http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...9864&nocache=1
