There is one to stick hot stick gems called the bejeweller but you do need to have gems with hot stick glue on the back....

Leah - I just use my pokey tool with a tiny, tiny bit of glossy accents on the tip, it picks up a few and then I just add a bit more GA to do some more

Snap, except I use a cocktail stick to dab on a tiny bit of Glossy Accents then my poky tool to put gem in place. I used to have a bejeweller but it was a bit of a faff to use!!

I loved my bejeweller... though because I had to sit and wait for it to warm up I tended to overdo the bling 'because it is hot now'... and yes, it could be a faff if the end got tacky so it is best to give it a wipe every now and again.
I have the battery operated version by imaginisce as well (my bejeweller won't work out here in Canada) but it does eat batteries!!
