I know its a little late for xmas, but here is another box, needs no glue, it closes at the top with two pieces of holly interlocking, its a nice box when decorated!

A5 Giftcard Box with Holly Leaves

This can be done 2 ways, depending on your preference and the thickness of the card you use. The first way is more suitable for thinner card and requires your poking out the holly leaves; ideal if you have used a different colour card for the base. The second method is best used on thicker card (giving you more choice of card) where the blade will just score the holly leaves. Depending on the effect you want to achieve you could leave it plainly scored (as in my picture) or you could use chalks (or whatever) to create another dimension.

It's funny how a person can be expert and at ease with one PC function and yet be a dunce on others. I struggled for most of yesterday to find a way to compress this gsd, so here it is at last.

    Merry Christmas and Reindeer

This is my version of an open box (newbie material).
I wanted the box open so I could put a clear bag of candy in it and tie
    it with a pretty bow.
I will submit a picture of the finished product, so you can see what
    I am trying to achieve.
    Linda

The font I used was Belshaw (this seems to be one of my favorites)

    Cracker shaped box

Scalloped edge cracker shaped box. This is my version of something I saw on the internet. I haven't got round to decorating it so it's just the file for the box. It cuts fine. Sorry about the shadow, but you get the idea.
