What cameras do you use and do you like them. i will have to get a new one but don't have huge amounts of cash to spare so any suggestions will be very helpful

I have learnt a lesson this week, do not lend out your camera. DD and her bf went on holiday so i lent him my camera...it was stolen so I am not chuffed.

I'm in the market for a new point and click one too, my little Fuji Finepix just won't charge up any more and it's resigned to giving me electric shocks every time I try
That's not been that good a camera so it's put me off Fuji's a bit. The first digital camera I had was a Canon, one of the Powershot ones and I really loved it so I'm tempted to look at those again. But up for recommendations too.

I've got a Panasonic Lumix TZ8 compact and a Panasonic Lumix TZ18 Bridge Camera and love them both to bits!!! I've been on a photography course and my Tutor had the TZ8 for her compact so thought that was a pretty good recommendation!

First, are you absolutely certain? It may be worth contacting the manufacturer to see if they can repair it. I've got a 7yo Fuji S7000 which I'm hoping Fuji can fix - if so, it's likely to be under £100, and I don't have the money to replace it with one of equivalent quality.

I do have a Fuji Finepix as well but it's not in the same league.
