Question Envelope or packaging for more ornate cards?

    Hi

This may seem like a very silly question, but when you're making more ornate cards that have more 3d embellishments on them (such as mulberry flowers etc) how do you package these to give to people?

I'm finding it very difficult to get them in their regular envelope and wondered if I was missing something obvious. What does everyone else do?

    Thanks

    Rachel

    Hi Rachel

On my Blog I have instructions for creating an Envelope Box/Thing - I don't really know what to call it, it is not an envelope and it is not a box, but a mix of the 2.

    Happy Crafting.

I've seen these called 'Boxelopes' if that's any use as a name for you, Helen!

That's what I understand they're called too, Eileen.

I've usually either used a larger envelope for fatter cards (I have a batch of very handy slightly larger than A5 size I got from eBay), or made a proper box for any special 3D cards, and posted in a padded envelope, but I think the boxelopes are an excellent idea.
