Need more time.....
Title help please
I'm doing a layout of my Mum who made her own wedding dress.
Would you say 'Made with her own fair hands' or 'made by her own fair hands'
or any other suggestions gratefully received.

Mummy to 2 gorgeous boys and memory keeper/scrapbooker
I'd go with the 'made with her own fair hands'

I'd go for 'made by' rather than 'made with', but I don't really know why and I suspect the correct version is whichever you think sounds better!
I would also be tempted to go for Bride's Made......but that's probably just my weird sense of humour, lol

Pam Thorburn
or 'made with love'
I'd say 'made with' btw

I'd say 'made with love .......'

Ooops contrary here, I would say made by as that gives a sense of belonging, made with is something I would assign to something rather than someone, eg bread made with brown flour as opposed to the dress was made by Mum.

I'm not a complete idiot; some parts are missing!
Agree with Suzanne there - a dress is made with pearls (on), from silk, by the seamstress. However "Made with love" sounds perfect to me!

I'd agree with made by - for the reasons already stated, however I love Helen's Bride's Made - sooooo clever Helen

It's done and I went with Made with Love - because I liked it and because it took up less space!
Very pleased with the finished result - thanks for all your help.
