Oh dear, poor Dawn Bibby! It's to be hoped for the sake of her ego that she doesn't read this site. Not that I'm a particular fan, in fact her somewhat dreary voice irritates me - to such an extent that I haven't watched her for months. However I do think she's very talented and gave very good demo's. I also liked her for her correct pronunciation of decoupage, which is of course a French word. I too loved Leonie and wondered if Dawn's introduction of the unlovely Amy (whom I definitely can't stand - who does she think she is?) had pushed her out. What happened to JJ? Dawn used to mention him almost constantly and then nothing.

Yes dawn and jj's divorce was finalised a couple of months ago,so she told everyone on her topaz page.
Disappointed that Amy is obviously going to do more craft shows,she grates on my nerves,dont enjoy watching her shows.

I for one, hope that Dawn doesn`t come to c&c. I used to get so annoyed at the way she used to blame poor JJ for everything, it seemed to me that he was treated like a naughty school boy.... who will she blame now?lol

Leonie is much better without her, and I hope she doesn`t try to shove her out.

It would appear that Dawn will be moving to Create and Craft - she has confirmed she is in talks with them and that appears to be the reason why QVC dispensed with her services immediately rather than letting her work out her notice until July. I just hope that is she does come to C&C she is treated as a member of the team and not as she is referred to on QVC - the Queen of Craft. In my humble opinion there are already many crafters at C&C who are ahead of her for that particular title and they would never allude to such lofty heights lol.

But as many people say she is a much more talented crafter than QVC show then moving to C&C may allow her to show everyone that, only time will tell. As for Amy, she does absolutely nothing for me craft wise and as I already turn off when she is on, looks like I may be turning off permanently now lol.

I've never watched QVC so don't know anything about the Dawn/Leonie relationship and only watch C & C for Paper Clinic and love Leonie on it.

I wont be watching Amy...I can't stand her voice.Not a fan of DB either and although I dont buy from C+C I do watch the demo's but wont be watching when DB is on.

MMM not a happy bunny I left db's forum after a huge unpleasantness and Miss amy was at the centre of the whole thing so I am lead to believe and at that point and Miss queen of craft got a little too big for her shoes - but I dont watch qvc now at all as most of the presenters have grating voices - its ok with the volume OFF --

I used to like Stephanne and she was always very encouraging and very helpful when you met her at shows

I have never seen the point of coming on a forum to be unpleasant with everyone. I come on for help, advice and a bit of light relief. Besides you are never ging to agree with all of the people all of the time no matter what the discussion is.
