I like that idea too! And Tianne, I love your blog. Don't ever say you're afraid of not being 'good enough' -- no such thing, and certainly wouldn't apply to you even if it did!

Hey ladies. It's a beautiful day here. Hope you've all got lovely weather too. What's everyone up to? I've been in the garden this morning, and I might sit out later and so some scribbling or sketching out there.

I have treated myself to 20 new colours of Necolor II crayons, which arrived yesterday (so I now have a really good collection of colours) so i might play with those and do some backgrounds...

(Or I might just doze in my recliner! )

There aren't that many places that do the full range of colours individually and have them all in stock.

    I got them from Artifolk.

They have the full range of colours (over 120) at 1.25 each and they were nicely wrapped up and delivered superquick.

I overspent a bit - it feels like shopping for pick'n'mix sweeties!!

The P&P was 3.98 which I thought a bit pricey but not sure how that compares with Jacksons.

Has anyone taken, or is now taking, the 21 Secrets art journal course? It looks good but just would like to know if it REALLY is worthwhile.

    Thanks.

Ooh that looks good Jane, can you please stop finding these online courses, it's killing the bank balance.

Liking the look of Claudine hellmuths course...if only for the downloads! What to dooooo...?

Neocolor - £1.12 @ Jacksons and they have the full range in singles. P&P is £3.95 for orders under £39.00. I ordered loads in january to complete my set as well as some extra paints and mediums so I fell into the free p&p. Only downside is some of the crayons were out of stock when they picked them and I didn't know until the delivery came. Wasn't long before I got the outstanding items though.

The 21 Secrets has some good topics, but some I'm not too sure about. That's why I wondered if anyone had taken it before. I can't quite understand how it's going to work...! The Claudine Hellmuth looks very good but we're going to be gone for two weeks in June so I think I probably couldn't keep up with hers.

Barbara, I find these classes because I'm blog-hopping all day, trying to avoid doing my (U.S.) taxes and housework! I even started cleaning my craft room, that's how desperate I am! The clock is ticking on the taxes, though....

Jane, the great thing about classes on BPS is that you've got access to them forever. Also as you buy more classes you can collect points until you have 10$ to take off the cost of a class. Whoopidoo, I have amassed 10$ so really tempted. We will probably be away for part of June as well but since I'm not worried about having access to Claudine I shall probably sign up.
