and it's a nickname for the Pleiades constellation, star gazer nerd alert

I have lots of Golden fluid acrylics, they are lovely paints. Nice and runny and most are fairly transparent but still hightly pigmented.

Have had them for years and still as good as new, I've run out of some of my favourite colours , so if you see them on a good deal anywhere, let me know

I only really use my own images for collage and stuff Ė ie photos Iíve taken myself or my family have taken Ė feels more personal that way, and itís fun looking out for interesting things to photograph and use when Iím out and about . But I do like using line art sometimes in the background or as a toner transfer or something Ė I recently got some nice architectural diagrams from this site: http://karenswhimsy.com/copyright-free-images.htm. Looks like she has plenty of other stuff on there too and itís all copyright free. Hope that helps.

I meant the little people. Thanks for the info. I thought they were like Gothic little people! A lot of journals seem to use this style of image.

Ooh, thanks Sarah. Might treat myself (again...LOL) I was looking at a set of 10 30ml bottle in the Jacksons catalogue last night. I just don't know anyone that actually uses them. I've seen people rave about them, but I'd rather here from someone i know.

The set has Titanium White, Hansa Yellow Medium, Yellow Oxide, Pyrrole Red, Quinacridone Magenta, Ultramarine Blue, Phthalo Blue (Green Shade), Phthalo Green (Blue Shade), Burnt Sienna, Carbon Black. The catalogue states £35, but they are £28.55 online. They also do 119ml bottle & 236ml bottles, price varies depending on the colour.

Kate - I love my stampotique stamps for using in my journals. There are lots of free image sites as well, just do a google search, or you can find loads of digital collage sheets & "digital stamps" on etsy.

I'd be tempted to get just the specific colours you are actually going to use, to be honest if I were you, as that's not a huge saving on the price in the shops near me. Does your local art shop sell them? Both the decent art shops in Swindon stock Golden, so I'm lucky that I can go and check out the true colours on their sample board.

Nope, the only art shop i have found so far has been at the bottom of The Shambles, right in tourist hell and it's quite poor. I can rarely get what I want in there. I am planning to pop into York so I might pop in and check if it's yet anotherthing they don't sell. Think I'll hunt around for more stores.
