    November

    Hi shimelle

just wanted to say a huge thank you for the prompts each month. I love the news round up in the November one. so very helpful.

with the snow this week, it feels like we have come full circle ~ looking back at my January pages and all the snow we had then.

Here are my November pages. NO divided pages as, honestly, we did nothing but work all month. We went nowhere and did nothing worth photographing.(Even the fireworks pictures were actually taken on 30th October!) I have, therefore, documented the thing which dominated our month - Ofsted.
I'm not thrilled with these pages, but at least they are done - would hate to fall at the final hurdle, having kept up all year

I love your firework photos, Kirsty. Beautiful colours - whenever I have tried to get pictures of fireworks I just end up with nothing but dark sky Hope your OFSTED went well?
And Hannah, can I second your thanks to Shimelle

I need to get myself into gear and get the November pages sorted now. Jude.x

Well done to us for keeping up. Any ideas for a similar project 2011? I like the monthly approach - couldn't possibly do weekly or daily

Well done ladies for keeping up, I'm nearly there. I love how we've each made the project our own, and developed our own style over the year. And Kirsty, I totally agree about it being hard to find photos some months, that's a great idea to just miss out the middle bit! Trouble is, some months have too many photo opportunities...might need 2 middle bits for December!

My November pages.... Can't believe I have kept up with this.. Sorry about the rubbish photos - No decent light all day, due to the mist we have now had for the third day, so have just used the flash on the camera! The first and last pages especially - that blue is a "petrol" blue ( or is it a "peacock" blue? ) Am now searching this months photos for my December pages and veering towards the really misty ones of Hardwick Old Hall that I took on today's walk. Thanks for looking. Jude.x

such great pages everyone. fantastic to see them. I had planned to make a dent on doc 2010 this month but I forgot how busy christmas gets... so will be aiming to get them finished by end January. Will you all continue to post your pages as you finish them in 2011?

Hannah, of course I will! Like you, I planned to finish them over Christmas but we had MIL come to stay and my planned "me time" just didn't happen! Now the house is back to normal and I've done my main page for November, was hoping to finish November today but DD is desperate for me to take her sale shopping so she can spend her Christmas money. Oh joy!

Well, we decided to give the shops a miss, so I have had a lovely day and finished my November pages, just in the nick of time! Yippee, can't believe I am finally up to date on the last day of the year!

Great pages ladies and lovely to see so many people still on board with the project.

Karen are your papers from Taylors monthly kit from a month or so back? I bought the kit but haven't got around to using it yet but yours looks stunning.

I have all my stuff together to complete November and I've done the two main layouts just need to do something with the mini pages and I'm done. I was hoping to complete both November and December over Christmas but been in bed ill so not done anything other than read. Off to print off some more photos.

Jo, your pages look lovely, you got some great firework shots and I love the tree on your journalling card, is it a die-cut or a stamp?
Lesley, poor you being ill over Christmas, is it the flu? My DH has had it too, he has had a terrible cough for weeks now and has even agreed to ring the doctors surgery so he must be feeling ill! I hope you are feeling better now
Oh and yes, the papers are from Sam Taylors kit, I think it was the October one! Kirsty puts the kits together and they are always fantastic value. She also runs The Leeds Paper Dolls, the scrapbooking group I'm in. We meet at the shop in Roseville Road, if you ever fancy joining us it'd be lovely to meet you!
