Honeypip, will just send you one this time, or I will have to make some more. I don't like to leave people waiting for them.

I have got into a habit of making three identical ATCs, 1 for me, 2 to send off. But as I get ATCs back it has dawned on me that with my ones and also the received ones I am going to have.....well a lot. Do any of you keep the origional?

I've been keeping an original Gingerscraps. But the next batch I make up, I plan to make more than 3, and the last lot I did I made 5 - 1 to keep, 4 to send.

If I make a set for a swap on UKS I always keep my original (I know some people swap them once they get them back). When I make a smaller set I will often keep one (usually the one I try the idea on) and sometimes I just make an ATC that I can't part with. As a result I have loads not sure on numbers but I have two lever arch files full of the 9 pocket sheets and when the current sheets are full I'll need another file

What I should also have said is that most of my ATC Trail swaps are one offs although I did make a set of two this last time.

I too am on my second ring binder using 9 pocket inserts, so yes, a lot, or, should I say, a Wonderful Collection

Now, it depends on how I'm feeling or what I'm into as to how many I make. I quite often make 1/1 to swap, but scan it in before I send as a reminder. I make sets and swap them all (having scanned one in). Recently, because I have been "experimenting" with new styles and using stamping in ATCs in a completely different way, I have been making 3 and swapping 2.

So, thinking about it further, when you proudly show someone else (whose eyes may or may not glaze over) your Wonderful Collection of other people's art, unless you have a few ATCs of your own, that person has no idea of your style(s) and, after all, it is YOU they love, right?

And, I have my very first ATC and some others for each of the years I have been making ATCs and I can clearly see how my own style has changed/is changing, iyswim.

Phew, that was deep for this time of day - off to work now! Have a good day.

Lovely Italian atc from Sarahbert this morning - love the way you've used the different elements.

This is my first experience of glimmer mist, so I went for 'marshmallow' (white ish?) - but love the effect it had on the box my goodies arrived in (well I had to try it on something didn't I?). Could be the beginning of a collection.

Thanks for your replies ladies...it looks like I will have a large collection eventually then? Good idea to make more than 3 but I do get bored quite easily and like to try new styles and ideas.

Sharon, you will love glimmer mists. I have 5 at the mo and love the effect they give, not tries masking with them yet though.

    Hello All.

    Hope you are all well.

Re ATC's - months ago I said I had loads (probably about 150 then) now about 200 = I think! - someone on here said that they had about 500 + - I was gobsmacked.

I havne't kept any ATC's that I've made for a long long time - I am feeling in the mood for making again so going to trail again - speak later.
