Everyone's pages look fantastic. Lovely to see some Spring flowers finaly creeping in there.
You said the words 'First quarter of the year' on your blog page, Shimelle. Now that is REALLY scary!!

Sara -- I actually put the news headlines inside that greeting card this month. It was a card that was sent to me in March but when it is open the entire right side was blank so it seemed a good spot to add the headlines.

I included the Moscow Metro bombings, Pink Floyd's court ruling about selling albums as just an album (I guess that is nothing important to some people, but I miss the concept of 'albums' and found it worth noting), the result of a public debate & council vote in our neighbourhood about Olympic events being held here in 2012, a few anecdotes about our local politicians who have been campaigning door to door, and the signing of the healthcare bill in the US.

There were a few things that stayed in the UK headlines throughout the month -- the ongoing expenses hearings and the Venables (sp?) arrest thing but the first I am bored with by now and the second just seems - to me - to be something I didn't really want to preserve as a memory. Not that I really want to sit around one day and reminisce about attacks on Moscow's public transport either -- but they just seemed a bit different.

Obviously everyone will have their own idea of what is and isn't right to record -- but I hope maybe those give you a starting point for your pages!

Here are my March pages. I haven't yet done a feature page as I am unsure what to do as I don't seem to have many photos from March, must take more photos!
Everyone elses pages are really lovely.

Been checking out the March pages & realised I haven't uploaded my February pages yet, though they've been done for awhile. Will do that tomorrow. I'm not too worried that my envelope pages for January & February are looking quite similar - I figure it creates a sense of continuity & I guess I just add to it by including a tear-off page from the same calendar each month.
Haven't started the March pages - still deciding what to put in the protector pages this time. I've been putting just photos into the slots, with some journalling/words pasted on the outside of the plastic, but I like seeing all your samples with patterned papers, journalling & other bits & pieces. Might mix it up a bit for March now.

Great pages Ladies - it's great having a little snapshot into what everyone's getting up to!! Just wanted to add my March pages which I finished last night ...

I decided to use two sets of the divided pages (well I have got the QVC box set of them so have loads!!!) as quite a bit seemed to happen this month and couldn't whittle it down onto 12 cards.

Right, onto April cards now :-)

Love your pages Alissa, esp. the date written in sand photo.

Karen, gosh you have been busy, I have real trouble getting enough photos each month. If only I didn't have to work I could do so much more.

Why not take some pictures at work, if that's the biggest thing in your life? I keep meaning to do a 12x12 page about my work.

At last!! I have finally finished my March pages!!! Had a lot of family things to sort this month, and I didn't think I was ever going to get back to scrapping, but here they are at last - now to plan April's pages! Thanks for looking. Jude.x

I do....but working in school I have to avoid the children in them. Also I am just soooo busy that I can't pull out my camera when I want to. Lead a quiet life as well But luckerly this month did loads of stuff in the half term so got a choice this time.

Mind you I will be running my cycling training next month for the kids so thinking of 'arty' shots of feet and pedles or blurred action shots...again no children in them. If I remember while we are out on the streets.

Oh and sons 15th birthday....London day trip to capture.

When I did PAD project last year I took photos of my marking, kids projects and sharpened pencils- seemed significant enough at the time?
