    Share your March pages here

    http://handmadebykirsty.blogspot.com/
My pages for March are here. I haven't finished the focus page as I have to wait for some official photos from my son's drama production, but I wanted to get the rest of it up on my blog before I went away.
Looking forward to seeing Shimelle's and everyone else's LOs. I'm already struggling to make each month distinct within the framework - I think I'm going have to start scraplifting!
    Happy Easter to you all.

and Kirsty beats me to the thread again!

Right Ladies -- April has started so it's time to get March documented! I'm looking forward to seeing your pages!

Unfortunately the start of April has given me a little something I didn't expect...as you document your year you may find this project gives you a bit of a reality check now and then. The good bit is it that because we have our photos and our envelope of stuff from March and maybe even our journaling cards filled out or some things jotted down, we have everything we need and we can wait until life gives us the chance to get these pages done. Life first, scrapbook second, right? This week has been a little overwhelming and unexpected for me, and it has suddenly taken me away from home too, but I'm going to follow my own rule and Not Stress About Scrapbooking. I'm going to look to the positive and give myself a date with my March pages -- I am going to post them here by the 13th.

If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed yourself, remember you don't have any deadlines at all. I'm only giving myself that deadline because I better keep up with my own project! You can feel free to take your time, and if you're feeling a bit stuck you can look at the threads for other months for inspiration, check out the pages that get posted here on this thread or talk us through things here if you're thinking a creative brainstorm could help!

Whether you finish your pages today or not for a while, we'd love for you to share them here!

Thanks so much for starting the thread Kirsty - I'm off to check out your March pages on your blog now!

I'll be back with my pages on the 13th, and I'll drop by to check out your pages whenever I can before then too!

    Happy documenting!!

Can anyone tell me what order we are meant to put the pages in please. do we put the envelope page first or last. Also, when the whole album is compiled is there going to be a cover page and end page? ie. the first page so far would have to be on the back of the page protector to start. IHTMS. I'm wondering if I should rearrange my pages.

Honestly I think it's up to you. I'm doing document, dbl sided page protector and then showcase page but there's nothing to say you can't do something else. For instance, your envelope items could be displayed in the page protector (multi page ones). I guess a cover page etc is up to you too?

Thanks Lou, that's the order I've done mine in too. I thought I read when we first started that there would be a cover page so I think I'll assume that there is one. If not, I'll do one anyway!

I did mine in that order too. As for the cover page, if memory serves me correctly () when I did Shimelle's SYD project we left the cover pages til the end of the project, which worked really well as we then incorporated photo's from the year into the first page, so I think I'll do the same again and leave the cover page til lthe project ends

Great pages Kirsty. Here's my march pages bar the envelope one, waiting to go to paperchase to get a square kraft envelope so may not be for a while yet. Used some Anna Griffin papers and embellishments and remembered why I like them....still using old stash though.

Kirsty and Gingerscraps--your pages are lovely! Thanks for the inspiration.

I'm a little late to the Document 2010 bandwagon, but I'm hoping to jump in and start with March and then go back and do Feb. and Jan.

    Lovely pages so far ladies.
I've managed 3 out of 4 pages for this month but I'll upload them all together when it's done. I'm kinda stuck for inspiration with my documents page so I think I may scraplift an idea or two. I'm also finding that my pages are a bit 'samey' so my target for next month is to change that.

Already left a comment on your pages Jelli Bean.

LouP, I know what you mean about pages looking the same. Although I finished the envelope/document one today but didn't use an envelope (couldn't find one big enougth or right colour. Was going to make my own then saw a peice of corrugated glimmer misted card I had made to match the papers but didn't use, so used it as a pocket. Will upload when I have photographed it.

I'm currently playing with my pages now but think I'm gonna scraplift from Shimelles feb page as I've remembered some pics I wanted to use but didn't have with me yesterday so I've printed those to add to my documents page. Some of the items I'd collected look messy on that page (random things like notes and stuff from Emmas dedication service and Jacks mothers day card to me etc) so I've stuck those in the envelope that the card came in and am planning on adding some eyeletted holes to it and having that as a separate page in my album. Does that make sense?

I love your collaged photos- definitely an idea to lift next month I feel. I like the doodling on the photo edges too. These are lovely pages. Can't wait to see what you do with the collection page. I'm finding that I'm using up old stash too which is fab. I'm also enjoying the fact that I'm scrapping photos I know wouldn't get done if I wasn't doing this project.
