making circular greetings for cards (on PC)

Hi there..
i know its been asked before and I know Ive seen it expalined really well,but..heck ..can I find it!!

i want to make some circular greetings for the fronts of cards..a bit like you can get from Craftwork cards..but Id like to do my own on the PC..and punch them out..

HOW DO I DO IT?..PLEASE!

I always do them with wordart in Microsoft Word - you can choose the shape you want your text to appear as, all you need to do it choose the circular one
