another problem !!!!!

Hi Ladies Today I thought I would cut 2magpies tricut get well card I had been using my silouette to cut other things just before with no problem. As it was a GSD file I put it in SS & saved as a studio file When I went to cut it everything was ok I set it up to cut as usual Then it said cut successful but nothing had happened So I put it in Craft Robo program to see if it would cut & it came up with an error message saying wrong machine So I can`t cut it anywhere. Can you tell me if it is possible to use the old CR software with new machine please & any ideas why I can`t cut the card Ann x

Ann if you mean can you cut Studio files in Robomaster no you can't. You could always download the GSD again and cut from Robomaster

I'm not sure why it won't cut, do you have a link to the file? Other than that it might be worth sending a pm to Joyce (2 magpies)

Hi Ann,

I'm sorry to read that you are having problems cutting one of my files. I have had a go at converting the GSD file into a .Studio file myself and can email it to you to see if it works any better for you.

I will PM you my email address so you can let me know where to send it if you need it. HTH.
