I think I saw this years ago and thought...how clever. I have resorted to buying some pretty metallic envelopes from a shop specializing in wedding invites and will be tearing one apart for a template for now.

I've attached a photo if that helps (or the company that makes them is written on the template but I suspect we're not supposed to link!)

Lorna, just had a look at your pages and I love them! They show lots of snapshots of real life, and I love how you've mounted some of your receipts rather than hiding them all in the envelope. Might pinch that idea if I ever finish decorating and rediscover my craft desk!!

Here's mine for February - seem to have taken ages!

I used the ATC's (we made at our UKS team retreat), instead of the 6 x 4 photos on one of the pages. (made a mess of uploading them in the right order though The valentines card is the last page and the ATC cards is page 3 of 4!)

Everyone's been producing such lovely layouts - just gorgeous!

I can never see my craft desk, and I don't have the excuse of decorating - I'm just plain messy. I end up taking over the living room coffee table! LOL

Love your layouts Lou! This may sound like a silly question....but how did you manage to get a cute photo of your little one's toes??!! My 5month old has a fascination with his toes (he finally managed to fit them in his mouth last night lol!) so it'd make a great photo for my March LO.

I think you've managed it too. Some lovely elements to lift here.

I used the macro setting (usually the tulip icon on your camera) and took lots and lots of shots, fairly close up. When I use my macro setting, the item I'm photographing has to be really still so it can focus which isn't terribly easy with a 3 month old! I then edited it into B and W with a soft focus.

    Hi ladies

Some lovely work been done again I see. I have finally got my pages done, it seems to have taken forever as I have been slightly distracted by a retreat and one of Shimelle's online classes. I had tons of pink stash left from a retreat kit so that has kind of become the main colour on all of my pages and I've included some digital mini pages and some "real" ones.
