Oh and did I mention the 1" circle punch to fit into the flattened bottle tops that I plan on using the crackle glaze in ..... oh and the 6x6" K&Co paper pads and matching twiddly bits and other bobs that fell into my basket to the tune of £xxxx whilst I was at it ... ?

Ooo!! where did you get you Circle punch from - I've been looking for one of those for such purpose - Timmy's 9x9 papers work well in the bottle caps too

It's a green Woodware scalloped circle punch - the lever makes it easy to punch and the tiny scalloped edge makes it a bit more interesting - more by luck than judgement, though - she didn't have a plain circle punch! Oh, and it was from a local craft shop

Never heard of Timmy's papers - off to check them out ...

Definately Sir Timmy - they're probably the same place as my Rock Candy Crackle Paint which has absolutely disappeared from the face of the earth!!!!!!!

I use Clear UTEE in the bottle caps too

I saw melting pots demo'ed yesterday, but had some good advice here and I'm going to play when I find the left over mince pies that are hiding with the papers .....

I do have a melt pot but must admit - slap wrist - not been that adventurous with it yet - the baking tray thing and heat gun technique sounds pretty kewl though

I had planned on making some jewellery type charms and pendants and have all the colours and flex stuff - just need another 24 hours in a day

Now you got me thinking - haven't done bottle caps in yonks - now that would make a wicked swap

Honeypip, you can get another type of crackle if you triple emboss with clear powder and leave it in the fridge for a while then break it up a bit (not too much though). Haven't tried it myself but I think I see it on YouTube, probably Claudia Hellmuth or Jennifer Maguire did it.

She - I love your rose ATC - beautiful

Hello All. Hope you are all OK.

Real pleased the trail took off again after a lull - thank you all for keeping it going - especially whilst I've been a bit AWOL, ear infections and now a 'big boil' very painful (boob area!) - not nice.

Anyway, I've been doing a bit of crafting.

DID I say thank you to Katrinat? Your atc 'origami' - brilliant.

AND I have finally sent - well, am doing so tomorrow to Katrina and Netty - sorry it's been so long but not feeling so well I havlen't really been crafting much.

Hope the ATC's have been worth the wait.

Gilly B. Keep at it..........................trailing that is !
