    Had fun playing with this one and used some Disney firework paper I had left over! You can see it here. Off to finish off Week 42 as I now have a photo that I like of myself (that is all the lo has been waiting for ) and will then have a look at what everyone else has been doing later this evening.

    Here's mine!

    http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...01406&cat=7264

    The secret journalling on the tag behind the photo remembers my DH's granddad Cook who, unlike so many of his generation, did come back from The Somme.

    The words are 2 of the verses from the Ode to Remembrance by Laurence Binyon. Because today is Remembrance Sunday I hope you don't mind me putting them down here:

    "They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
    Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.
    They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
    They fell with their faces to the foe.
    They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old;
    Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
    At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
    We will remember them.

    I think this is lovely. Have just quoted the most famous part of this on my blog acutally, being Rememberance Sunday and all...

    Right I've managed to print a photo with the overlay by swearing a lot at Word until I remembered to how to put the photo behind, just need to stick it on a LO now!

    I struggled with the remember words as well, and couldn't reduce them in size, without loosing the ends of the words????? so in the end I decided to just go BIG. so heres my remember, all about my grandparents with hidden journaling about all the things I remember about them.

    P.S. this is straight in real life, goodness knows why it looks so skewy in the photo!
