    Need a DIY glaze

    Hi

Not posted for a while but I need your help ladies.

I live in Italy and can't get things like glossy accents or diamond glaze etc, so does anyone have a recipe so that I can make some?

Could I use clear nail varnish, and if so should I water it down with anything?

I have printed something on my inkjet printer and would like it to have a shiny finish but don't know how to achieve this.

It doesn't need to be 3 dimensional just shiny.

Can anyone help me with this?

As it's something you have printed, why not give the nail varnish a try, because then if it does smudge the ink or crinkle the paper then it will be easy enough to just print it again..

Out of interest, can you use glossy accents on home-printed things? I always assumed it would smudge the ink...

Or what about printing onto glossy photo paper, will that be shiny enough?
