please help arch

hello all you lovely people , im sure i got a gsd file from here ive used it twice and now i cant find it , wonder if any of you can point me in the right direction please

its like an arch something like you would have in a garden , lattice all around
ive looked in the lattice section but its not there

You could try the card aperture section or do a search for 'lattice', where a file is put depends on how the design is used eg is is a full card or just a topper. Lattice toppers are separate from the cards.
