I didn't find this out someone told me.

If you have DM and Inkscape .47 you can design in Inkscape then copy and paste into DM and it pastes as a vector image you can cut without any problems at all. So if you are looking for a brilliant design program that has loads of bells and whistles, cost next to nothing and cuts beautifully all you need is Design Master and Inkscape.

Fuchsia aka Anne has blind tested a file for me and she reports no problems.

I haven't tried it with KNK, but it only works if you are using Inkscape .47

Good grief it's time for an update, it's worth getting .46 if only for the colour palette along the bottom, I really love playing with that and .47 is an even better choice I know it has bugs, but well worth it for the RM DXF save and not forgetting the spiro tool.

The lines only show on screen Tina and if you move your design the lines change, but the don't save with your design.

Well why not work with the fill on? I found it strange at first because I've never worked with the fill on in any program, but I got used to it and it is really good for showing where you have used the difference/subtract command.

If you find those lines off putting wait until you ever use Funtime when that goes crazy, usually every time you move something it puts Inkscape to shame for stray lines, how about a stray design

I think you might have misunderstood there are ALL those lines maybe a couple, sometimes you even get lucky and have none.

I will never use Funtime I don't really see why people spend all that money when Inkscape does it all for FREE

I have only got Knk Studio because I brought the knk and must say hardly used it, But I do use the software for lattice as it s quick and easy for me And I never did get it right in Inkscape
