    spent over an hour trying to figure out how to input text, once I'd done that I had had enough.
    Think dm with words/pictures tutorials may be more my thing to start with.I can always go back and try inkscape when I understand a bit more.

    It's not easy learning a new program, please make use of the tutorials here, they should cover all the basics and there are some that assume knowledge of the basics and have not been written with the beginner in mind.

    Don't struggle alone, that is so frustrating and stressful if there is anything you don't understand just ask, there is always someone who will tell you.

    I hope this is what we are doing this month Lucille?

    I drew a holly leaf using Illustrator and a couple of berries. Set them onto the edge of my cardstock and effectively cut them out. I then cut out the actual leaves and stuck them on some red card behind the 'cut out. I then used red giltter glue behind the cut out berries . I also added some green perfect pearls to the leaves to give them a bit of a shimmer
