album cover windows?

i have just bought a 12x12 papermania album, which has a window in the front which currently just has a default photo in it.

i was ust wondering do you leave this in or do you make your own little windows? what do you put in there? does anyone have any photos?

Elyce, I suppose if you really like the photo you could keep it in other wise you could take it out and use it as a size template to crop your own photo.
I did a 21st album as a gift and put the persons name and 21(die cut) in the window on patterned paper.
So the answer is whatever you prefer

with mine I got my OH to arrange some pics of our family in a circle and then i cut the picture out and put it into the little space

Mine just have the title of the album in (so the place where the holiday photos were from, or the person it is about). I just print mine out onto a piece of pp and pop it in there.

I have a few of these albums - and have left all the little windows blank!

I've only got two of these, with one i've put a photo in, and stuck stickers on to form a title. The other I have taken the backing off the back of the frame so it gives a sneek through to the first page of the album.

Me too, and I really must get something done about that... one more journalling page for last year's USA trip to do though before I contemplate another project. Must finish..... must finish.....
