    Lucille's stamp tutorial

This is from Lucille's stamp tutorial I've added an oblong around the stamp to make a frame...you can see the stamp in the picture but I haven't included it with the frame....it's very easy to do with Lucille's Inkscape tutorial. Thanks Lucille for writing the tut.

    ***September Challenge***

Time for the next challenge. http://www.quotegarden.com/

First - Thanks Tina for tackling the difficult subject of sympathy. We now
have a beautiful selection of cards to choose from. We even have wings for
our dearly beloved lost pets and (who would have thought) one for all those
    gold fish!

Rosemary, your sliceform is wonderful. I will be using it for all my grieving
    pet lovers.

Now for the challenge. Be gentle with me ladies, this is my first challenge!

We all have had special verses, sayings and words of wisdom that we were
raised with or found have inspired us during difficult times. I think it would be
nice to see these framed and catagorized into a place of their own.
They could make great Christmas gifts!

I have done a verse that has hung on my refrigerator and is very close to
my heart because I deal with children in my job. I believe that a small compliment or a little attention can turn a child's life around.

For those of you that are up for the challenge but are having a hard time
thinking of a verse, these two sites offer a huge variety on many different
    subjects: http://www.dennydavis.net/index.html and http://www.quotegarden.com/

I've also posted another example of a framed verse I did awhile back and have
already posted in the template section.

Good Luck and remember these challenges are for fun. You don't have to
    knock yourself out!

    oblong scalloped frame

this frame was made when in the process of doing the Feb challenge, it's nothing fancy, but hopefully it will be useful, care is needed when taking it off the carrier sheet, especially if you make it smaller
the actual size that I cut is 90 x 114 mm (scanned pic)

oblong scallop frame as an apperture

the actual size of the piece of card in the scanned pic is 94.5 x 114mm
I have made this frame into an apperture, you could even put it into a card, as an apperture, it is very delicate, it cuts good, but you'll have trouble if you use a fibrous card, smooth good cutting card will give better results
hope it is if some use.
this file was also the reult of the feb challenge
