Cuttlebug embossing - help avoiding the outlines

I know I have heard there is a way around this so that you don't get the edges of the folder embossed on the card but cannot remember - nothing new there!! I have to make 50 Orders of Service for a family funeral next week and my daughter in law has chosen one of the cuttlebug edges but when I put it through the machine it leaves the outline of the folder around the image and on the underneath layer. They are 5x7 cards so have to go though the machine folded. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

A friend found it for me so I thought I would share in case anyone else has the problem. It really works too!

Thanks for that Kim. I wondered what to do about those crease marks, now I know.

What a clever tip, thank you so much for that. I must try it out on the Christmas tree embossing folder. I can only get it to emboss perfectly on certain card stock, the rest of the time it creases so this may just help.

That has answered questions for me as well - I love my cuttlebug - but not when it leaves borders that aren't meant to be there. I am going to try this out this evening as I have a card to make for a friend's birthday.
