    Clear Stamps that are sticky

Hi Can anyone out there help me out?
When I buy new rubber stamps I always use selotape to take off the film over the stamp. I have just got some new clear stamps and they appear to be very sticky and don't give a clear image. I tried the selotape to no avail, I am just hoping the stickyness wears off eventually! Any ideas ?

Extremely sticky clear stamps could be down to them not being detacked enough in the manufacturing process... usually the stickiness wears off after a while.. sticky tape will make no difference to the stickyness as it is the actual polymer that is sticky.. and not a residue..

If they are so sticky that they don't give a crisp image, contact the company you purchased them from.. they should deal with the issue.
