If anyone has bought my CD between 28 - 31 May please can you check if your payment shows as 'unclaimed'. If so then this is due to an error in the email address in the site HTML as we changed ISP and email account but I didn't amend to the new email!!!! Gawd I can't believe I could have been so stupid and I am sorry to say but if your payment shows as 'unclaimed' then you will have to re-purchase.

My apologies for this but we were having enourmous problems when AOL upgraded.

The site error has now been corrected and it is business as usual.

Those of you who have already received an acknowledgement of purchase from me via email ... please note that your payment had been received and your cd will be posted on Monday.

Don't be too hard on yourself Linda. You are so wonderfully talented with the designs for robo so if you are a little cackhanded with the computer - well we can't be good at everything however much we try.

What a boring world if all of us were all good at everything. There would be nothing to say 'ah! that's marvellous' at.

I desperately wanted and still want to be an artist with a paintbrush as my father was. I now accept I can never be that and so I comfort myself with the knowledge there may be one or two other things that I can do well.

I was in contact with paypal last night and received a response. Below is part of the message:

However, if the email address is already inactive or non-existent, you need to contact your buyer and let them know that they need to cancel the transaction. Once done, you can send them another invoice, please refer below for the process. They can then send you another payment, this time to the correct address.

So please do as suggested and either re-purchase or send me your email address so that I can 'request a payment from you'

Linda - I have been revamping my site and have had to reload the old one twice coz or minor ommisions - I have my fingers crossed that it is all working properly now but darn't test it too much - couldn't bear to have to reload old on again

It can be frustrating when you think it is all going swimmingly and then well you have a brain mallfunction (not that my old brain functions on all cylinders anytime)

glad it is all sorted and that you CD is going down a storn - I will have to resurect mine - sometime...

oh roll on retirement .. so I CAN SPEND MY DAYS DOING WHAT I WANT TO DO.......-

I placed my order on the 29th so checked paypal. my payment says its was completed, but as yet have not had an email from you to say I will be receiving my CD.

do I need to cancel and re-order?
