Shaped Cards - Buildings

I made this for my Grandaughters 4th birthday a few weeks back and only just got round to uploading.

Need to cut 4 of the castle walls and fold each one in half. Then stick each half against the opposite side of one of the other walls as in star cards. Before sticking the final 2 sides together, take a kebab skewer and slide on a drinking straw cut to the size of the middle arch and place in centre of castle, point to the bottom. now stick last 2 sides. You will need to put the castle turretts on either side of the towers. Slide on a few beads to decorate skewer and cut down to desired size. I used rag doll princesses to stick on the straw, but you could use decoupage or anything else you can think of. Once its dry the straw will spin round the skewer.
Then you can decorate the rest of the castle to suit.

It was your little beach hut that sparked the idea.

We can sit in your hut or under the palm trees and watch the Punch & Judy show and later we can take the boat out for some fishing. All we need then is a donkey ride and for the ice cream man to come along and we're all set for a perfect day at the seaside...

Here's my offering - a Lighthouse Card to look after those out fishing in the boat !! The Lighthouse can be used on it's own as a topper.

I made this a card, I also included a back for just a topper
font is Calikats path Draws LT I used the letter b
I made a topper as well with the off cuts just added the back for the topper, but I forgot to put on the chimneys
