I hand cut (use a paper trimmer) and use a corner rounder (punch) to get that effect

I finally got time to share my cards with you. I made a few all at once and left them blank to add a message on when I need them. The scene one isn't the best but it's something I'd like to get better at. So if anyone has done any & has advice, it would be welcome

Sorry Denise, yes it is stickles on the wings. I think stickles are the best thing ever for their wings How could you bear to part with any stickles?
